I’ve been with glyn since the very start as a purchaser, but sadly of late, my loyalty has not paid off. Had a car breakdown so called and said was unable to collect on by the Tuesday deadline girl on phone said it’s ok. I called also as I purchased an item by mistake so called to ask if it could be relisted during the auction, Glyn reply over the auction channel very rude. So thought oh well I’ll see if can leave it with him till the next auction which it sold I then received invoice from the sale item went for £22 I was to receive £5.44 with a hidden charge of £7.50 for late pick up (item was collected at 10am Wednesday) I’ve emailed and tried calling with no response. I find my whole experience to be unprofessional and extremely unpleasant. As I said at the beginning I’ve been loyal customer to glyn and gate think how much I’ve spent over the years and to receive this kind of treatment is extremely disappointing

I was worrying how to get my 250 year old grandfather clock from East Anglia to my granddaughter in Cardiff. Saw Glyn’s advertisement and problem solved. He came over and made a wonderful job of packing the clock. Excellent service throughout and cheerful all the time. He explained exactly what he was doing and what the cost would be. If in the future I need help with Removals, Clearances or Auctions I’ll definately contact Glyn.

I was impressed by the care that went into the presentation of even the smallest lots and I’m sure that this contributed to the exceptional prices achieved in the sale. It was a real pleasure to work with Glynn Jones
